Posterbooking Praise!
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We used it for a few conferences over the last year. At every event, our booth has at least 4-5 televisions that we use to market our company obviously. We had a lot of lagging issues during the first conference. The screens often were visibly frozen while transitioning between slides. The picture looked great when there was no lag. We also experienced a lot of technical issues at our largest event, RISE Nashville. Unfortunately, this happened at a large client event, which was a horrible look for us.
Pros
- When PosterBooking is working effectively with no bugs or lag, it is phenomenal.
- The picture is incredible. Second to none among similar solutions that I've had experience with.
- I feel this is very user-friendly and intuitive when working correctly. The directions are simple and explicit.
Cons
- I hate to beat a dead horse, but the lagging really made our work difficult. However, I feel that can be alleviated rather easily.
- I feel more options/ features like more transitions/effects will also be needed updates for such a solution.
- There could be more seamless integration and set-up process in my opinion. We found ourselves doing a great deal of troubleshooting.
Likelihood to Recommend
I feel trade shows and conferences are perfect for this solution. Having this just to decorate your office is obviously a benefit as well. However, I believe the greatest value in this tool is using it for client/prospect meetings/events. I feel we can really garner their attention with subliminal messaging and showing value propositions that would be specific to that group or person.
