Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize PredictAP to automate the ingestion of invoices into our payable process. PredictAP fully codes our invoices utilizing machine learning and AI.

Reduces our payable process from days to minutes
readily available historical records and vendor history
turns our AP process from an administrative function to a review function

PredictAP is the perfect solution for our instance of yardi. We perform 3rd party management for clients with their own accounting software and unless they integrate with PredictAP it is not a solution.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use PredictAP to read invoices and enter the data into our Yardi property management software. Rather than scan the invoice and then manually enter the data again like we used to do with PayScan, the team now just forwards the invoice to an email address, and 30 seconds later the information appears in a newly-created IR in Yardi.

Pros

Creating invoices in Yardi

Identifying suspected duplicate invoices

Cons

Daily digest of emails submitted by a user. There is currently one for the whole organization, but users just want to see their own broken out.
When invoices go into Yardi, the "created by" field should be the user's name who submitted, rather than "PredictAP". Would make searching in Yardi easier.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is appropriate for users who want to simply email an invoice and then have a properly-coded IR appear in their Yardi system. It is amazing for that.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We deal with a large number of invoices spread over 35 assisted living communities and it was very time-consuming to key-punch all of that data each month. With the repetitive nature of some of these invoices, PredictAP reduced time spend on the keypunching of data in the first month of use. And that time savings increased as the system "learned" out AP coding

Pros

Inputting data such as Vendor, Invoice Number, Invoice Amount & AP coding

Cons

PredictAP charges based on invoices that are uploaded to their system. But that doesn't necessarily result in those invoices being pushed over to our accounting system due to duplicate invoices or other reasons.

Likelihood to Recommend

PredictAP is very well suited for repetitive invoicing. It takes more time for the system to learn allocated invoices.
