ProgeSOFT headquartered in Como offers what they provide as a low cost CAD: progeCAD, an AutoCAD compatible 2D/3D CAD application that works with AutoCAD DWG files from AutoCAD 2.5 through AutoCAD 2020 and imports Autodesk Revit and IFC files. progeCAD sells with perpetual licensing and is designed to provide more CAD functions than AutoCAD LT but at a lower cost than more advanced competitors (e.g. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Microstation).
