Prospectio API MCP

Prospectio API MCP is an open-source Sales Intelligence and Lead Generation application engineered to automate Business-to-Business (B2B) candidate and lead prospecting through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Built on a FastAPI web framework and adhering to Clean Architecture principles, the platform serves as an open-source programmatic alternative to commercial lead enrichment services like Apollo.io, Clearbit, and ZoomInfo. Prospectio API MCP aggregates active job postings and company data across multiple providers—including Mantiks, Active Jobs DB, and Jsearch—and executes a three-phase contact enrichment workflow. The enrichment pipeline utilizes Perplexity web search models (perplexity/sonar via OpenRouter) for initial contact discovery, a DuckDuckGo search client for LinkedIn profile Uniform Resource Locator (URL) matching, and a secondary LLM synthesis pass to compile contact biographies. Prospectio API MCP persists structured lead, company, job, and contact entities within a PostgreSQL database with pgvector extension support, exposing both standard Representational State Transfer (REST) endpoints and MCP server interfaces (via Server-Sent Events (SSE) or stdio transport) for native integration into Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistants like Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Gemini CLI.
