Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Usually Rackspace has various service, but we recommend the email service they have. We are currently using email service for near about 100 peoples.

To manage email privacy and spam protection service rack space is a wonderful solution their manage support is also very helpful.

Pros

  • Allies manipulation so that we can rename the email box easily.
  • Microsoft Office support it's helps to use office 365
  • Chat support for any error
  • Price is reasonable
  • No need to worry about configuration all are easy to use.

Cons

  • Need to be more cheaper
  • Signature system improvement
  • Spam protection should be more strong
  • Custom url facility
  • Storage Drive service

Likelihood to Recommend

I used gsuite so they have many feature where expensive too on the other hand rackspace email solution is cheaper with limited facility.
