Users appreciate how the software helps them track the number of scripts sent in for a patient and which pharmacies they've been sent to, making it very organized and useful. Additionally, Rcopia allows users to comply with electronic Rx requirements and achieve Meaningful Use.
The product saves time by making it easier to manage Rx renewals and denials, ensuring that medications are brought over in a timely manner. Rcopia integrates with other software to provide eRx ability, making it easier to send the Rx to the pharmacy and enabling patients to receive their medication faster. When setting up new physicians, customer service was excellent, walking users through every step of the way and making the process seamless.
However, some users have experienced difficulties with managing Rx renewals and denials using Rcopia. For these users, it has become a constant frustration and stumbling block, searching for replacements. Terrible customer support has made things even worse for these users, with no response to phone calls or emails. Despite this negative experience, most users find Rcopia extremely helpful in managing prescriptions electronically.
