Renviq
What is Renviq?
Renviq is rental-operations software for independent vehicle rental companies — car, motorbike and boat operators running roughly 1 to 100+ vehicles. It is a web application, with nothing to install and no native mobile app, available in nine languages.
What it covers
Each rental lives on one booking record that moves from reservation to quote, pickup, return and invoice, so staff do not re-enter the same customer or vehicle in separate tools.
- Bookings and availability: a calendar by status, conflict detection, maintenance blocks and a configurable turnaround buffer between rentals. Multi-location fleets keep each location's own timezone.
- Pricing: seasonal rules, weekend uplift, length-of-rent tiers and per-vehicle or per-class rates. Every quote is itemised line by line.
- Handover: pickup and return inspections with photos, damage markers, fuel level and mileage. The rental agreement is signed by both the operator and the customer and kept as a PDF with an audit trail.
- Payments: card payments go through the operator's own Stripe account. A deposit can be held on a saved card and is re-authorised every seven days while the rental is open. Renviq takes no percentage of transactions.
- Invoicing: itemised invoices, B2B reverse charge, credit notes and monthly billing for long-term rentals, with one tax rate per company.
- Booking page: a branded page where customers see live availability and prices, then request or book, optionally with a saved card or a prepayment.
Reporting in Spain and Italy
In Spain, Renviq sends Veri*Factu invoicing records to the tax agency (AEAT) with the tax QR on every invoice, once the company adds its own AEAT certificate, and files renter and driver data with the Ministry of the Interior under SES.HOSPEDAJES. The Basque Country and Navarra are not supported. In Italy, it generates the FatturaPA XML for each invoice, which the operator transmits through their own channel, and files car rental contracts with the Polizia di Stato through Ca.R.G.O.S. Other countries' reporting is not covered.
Pricing
Every plan includes every feature; plans differ by capacity. Free: 2 vehicles, 1 user, 10 bookings a month. Starter: EUR 49/month, 15 vehicles, 3 users. Pro: EUR 99/month, 50 vehicles, 10 users. Max: EUR 199/month, unlimited vehicles, 100 users. Pro and Max carry a 14-day trial without a card, and yearly billing costs about ten months.
Limitations
No native mobile app, no telematics or GPS tracking, no card-terminal integration and no accounting ledger — invoices are exported. It is not built for large leasing fleets or for peer-to-peer rental marketplaces.
