Reptune

Reptune is transfer pricing documentation software for multinational groups that need Master Files, Local Files and (public) Country-by-Country Reports to come out of one controlled data set, rather than being rebuilt each year in Word and Excel. How it works

Entities, intercompany transactions, TP positions and financial data are captured once in a central model. Every document is generated from that model, so the Master File, each Local File and the CbCR draw on the same numbers and the same narrative. Changing a policy, a transaction or an entity's functional profile updates every document that references it, which removes the version-control problem that comes with document-by-document preparation.

Local requirements, maintained

Local documentation rules — thresholds, deadlines, content requirements and filing formats — are maintained in the platform for 170+ jurisdictions and reviewed annually by transfer pricing specialists, so Local Files reflect country-specific requirements instead of a generic OECD template.

Control and audit readiness

Dashboards give visibility of transaction flows, documentation progress and financial performance, and a status view prioritizes work against local filing deadlines. Data points stay traceable to source, which supports the consistency checks tax authorities apply between documentation, statutory accounts and other tax filings.
