What is Resvo?
Resvo is a Rental Management System for car rental operators that keeps the rental business connected in one operating record. It links demand, quotes, bookings, customers, vehicles, contracts, deposits, payments, handoffs, returns, maintenance, reporting, administration, and follow-up so sales, branch, fleet, and management teams work from the same context.
The platform covers five operating areas: Sales & Distribution, Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, Customer Experience, and Visibility & Control. Teams can manage customer inquiries and quotes, booking and payment context, fleet readiness, inspections, maintenance and downtime, contract and policy logic, pickup and return work, reporting, and branch visibility inside the same RMS.
Resvo also includes a connected AI Execution Layer. AI Co-Pilot and AI Sales Agent use the same rental context to summarize information, surface next steps, assist sales conversations, and prepare permitted workflow actions. Pricing, approvals, policy exceptions, and customer commitments remain under staff or configured workflow control.
