SafetyClerk is an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) platform for construction job sites. It centralizes safety, workforce, access, and compliance records so construction managers, general contractors, and specialty trades can track field activity across individual projects and portfolios.

The platform records training, worker headcount, site access, inspections, incidents, certifications, orientations, toolbox talks, checklists, and compliance documents. Workers can review and sign documents from their own devices, allowing teams to collect records and acknowledgments without paper-based handoffs.

SafetyClerk includes access-control tools for badging, turnstiles, watch-list blocks, and labor counts, as well as role-based access and certificate-of-insurance tracking. Its time-tracking functions connect work hours with tasks, certifications, and cost codes, supporting its Construction Workforce Management use case.

Dashboards and risk scores bring together jobsite data, compliance status, workforce activity, and recorded incidents so teams can identify items that need review. Construction managers can use the platform to maintain portfolio-level workforce and compliance visibility, while subcontractors can use it to manage worker qualifications, access requirements, and safety documentation.
