Sakon Device Platform

Sakon's Device Platform is a device lifecycle platform used to discover, track, and manage the end-to-end device lifecycle, from purchase to disposal, and that provides a device protection management suite for enterprises. The Sakon Device Platform tracks each device from manufacturer to retirement in a single platform, and provides an employee self-service portal which can appear in a web app, a mobile app, or through a connected ITSM system (e.g. ServiceNow).

The Sakon Device Platform supports enterprise BYOD policy and security, with the following features:

• Streamlined registration process for BYOD reimbursement with configurable form, or option of automated acceptance based on job role and other criteria.
• Eligibility Validation - Integration with HR systems can identify the employee eligible or ineligible status for BYOD programs as well as track new and separating employees.
• Automated Stipend Management - Generates file based on stipend amount that can be uploaded directly into the payroll system.

Additional features include SakonProtect, the platform's device protection solution against device breakage, device exchange or repair, or data wipe if needed, and integrations and support for ServiceNow and FirstNet.
