SAP Integrated Business Planning is a cloud based system which connects my office demand supply inventory and finance. It helps in creating with minimum cost and maximum sales. We are running market place+ offline stores we also have huge sku catlog multi location inventory. SAP Integrated Business Planning helps in forecasting history of sales, seasonality, promotions and weather trends. Like - red sneakers demand in tier 2 so we can increase our stock before festival. This helps in higher sales conversion and reduce lost sales.

Currently we are using SAP Integrated Business Planning for demand and planning to go live with SAP Integrated Business Planning for supply in 2027. We are looking to improve the forecast accuracy by demand sensing and improve collaborative planning across different organizations by one unified data model. New demand forecasting models are being used to improve the forecast generation.
