These include packaging slip generation and cost calculation, as well as using insights from other sales data to optimize packaging costs. The key advantage is quick onboarding to the platform.

Cons

  • Current AI integration takes the form of the Joules chatbot. This can be further improved by introducing MCP tools and AI agents to enhance functionality and improve ease of use.
  • Integrating with products outside the SAP platform is quite challenging. A native API based on an SDK. Space support can be quite useful.

  • Users appreciate the solution’s interface, which allows them to report on this data intuitively and speedily.

Cons

  • On the subject of our Business, we need to have Ecovidrio (Ecoembes) declaration included in RDP, as soon as possible. It is urgent for us.
  • The features feed for uploading information to the RDP should be more streamlined and user friendly
  • I would also improve the data quality part, it doesn't really make it clear where the problem might lie.

Return on Investment

  • For now we have not calculated the ROI, but we are aware that it relieves the workload of the team that manages it. When more reports/declarations are included, we will have a higher return, especially with Ecovidrio.
