Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Real State Flexible in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. I am implementing REFX in Allianz , we are implementing IFRS16. Fiori sometimes is having issues. Sometimes we need more flexibility in this application, it is difficult to implement for small OEs because is a very complex tool.

Pros

  • Screens are user friendly
  • If you have experience in R3 is feasible to learn quickly
  • I like Fiori

Cons

  • Fiori apps are difficult to set up
  • It would be convenient to have a document or screen where you can compare r3 and SAP S/4HANA Cloud and you can see the differences

Before SAP S/4HANA Cloud we didn't have an ERP, all business areas work separately and on their own software and processes. With SAP S/4HANA Cloud we have all business processes in one platform, we did the implementation in 8 months and now the board of directors has all their information in just 2 clicks.

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Capital, Assets, Finance, and Maintenance. The business problems we addressed were highly customized ECC6 codes, highly customized reporting, risky or faulty upgrades due to the customization, and a high risk of maintenance. The new scope of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud is standardized processes that help to control the cost, efficiency, and transparency of our data. Another scope we addressed is the upgrades that are done frequently by SAP.
