What is SCREDIT?

SCREDIT is a credit operations platform from eFilos Tech for companies that extend trade credit to business customers. It is intended for credit departments whose process currently spans spreadsheets, shared mailboxes, and bureau reports downloaded as PDFs, and who need one system that records every application, decision, and collection action with an audit trail.

Core capabilities

  • Onboarding: supplier-branded digital credit applications with e-signature, automated collection and validation of financial statements, trade references, and licences, and a customer portal (SCONNECT) where applicants submit documents and check status.
  • Decisioning: a scoring engine configured to the supplier's own thresholds and industry weightings, automated financial statement spreading with ratio and trend analysis, and approval routing that supports single, dual, or committee sign-off with SLA timers.
  • Bureau data: report retrieval from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, Dun & Bradstreet, and CreditSafe directly into the credit file, with further sources aggregated through the SBUREAU service.
  • Portfolio monitoring: alerts on UCC filings, liens, and bankruptcies; concentration tracking by customer, industry, and geography; and detection of deteriorating payment behaviour ahead of delinquency.
  • Collections: work queues ordered by exposure and payment history, configurable reminder sequences by email, SMS, or letter, promise-to-pay tracking, and dispute handling.
  • Compliance: adverse action notices and FCRA/ECOA documentation generated inside the workflow, with role-based access and an immutable log of approvals and changes.

Construction credit

A dedicated module tracks exposure at the job level rather than only at the customer level, records retainage, and monitors lien and notice deadlines. It is designed for building-products distributors and construction suppliers whose receivables depend on specific projects.

Integrations and deployment

SCREDIT is cloud-hosted and accessed through a web browser. Pre-built connectors cover SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, and HubSpot, and a REST/GraphQL API with webhooks supports custom integrations. The platform handles multiple legal entities and currencies under one account.

Who uses it

Credit managers, credit analysts, and collections staff at wholesale distributors, manufacturers, and building-materials suppliers, together with the controllers and CFOs who set credit policy and review exposure. It is positioned for organisations managing several hundred or more active trade accounts. Pricing is published in tiers on the vendor's website, and eFilos Tech offers a no-cost credit operations audit to prospective customers evaluating their current process.
