- Preview screen through web login is a nice feature to see how the display looks
Cons
- Scheduling dates content should be active- must manually add and remove from playlists
- More apps ! Like a new hire welcome that automatically reads a CVS file.

- content that can be added in different file formats (ppt, word, pdf, jpeg, etc)
- Multiple screen options off one platform
Return on Investment
- It was particularly helpful in getting COVID-19 information posted ASAP. This would have taken much longer to distribute in hard copy format
- Having ScreenCloud digital display cut our cost from our previous software in half and offerred more functionality
