I used to work in a company called UX and it was an outsourcing company. We had a massive number of employees so the company decided to look for a way to motivate the employees, the HR team suggested to add screens on each floor of the premises so they had to get a tool to control it. Our department suggested ScreenCloud Signage as we heard good reviews about it and as it's also affordable for us. After deploying the system we had much fun discovering it and we started by ranking the employees' performance on the screens to motivate the employees to produce more and focus on their tasks and guess what. The whole site performance increased by 13.9 % in less than 4 weeks and it was the quickest increase that we had in a long time.
- Solid and flexible solution for networking a lot of screens in a couple of clicks.
- Integrated with bunch of tools and apps.
- Controlling media.
- Scheduling content.
- i hope the price will be lower in the future to be affordable for most of the businesses

- of course it's an additional cost to the company however we had to make the purchase because its a win win deal as the return deserves the cost
- maybe it reduced our face to face meetings a little bit and that was improtant but we managed to compensate that by arranging meetings to interact with each other when its available

ScreenCloud makes digital display communications easy!
We use ScreenCloud Signage with 3 screens. One is for corporate communications. Another is more specific to manufacturing operations and the 3rd is used for our reception area with external-facing content.
- Upload of content
- Adjusting the order & display time of content
- Preview screen through web login is a nice feature to see how the display looks
- Scheduling dates content should be active- must manually add and remove from playlists
- More apps ! Like a new hire welcome that automatically reads a CVS file.
- content that can be added in different file formats (ppt, word, pdf, jpeg, etc)
- Multiple screen options off one platform
- It was particularly helpful in getting COVID-19 information posted ASAP. This would have taken much longer to distribute in hard copy format
- Having ScreenCloud digital display cut our cost from our previous software in half and offerred more functionality
