Scrive eSign allows us to get important documents signed easily online, without the need to be present with the client, we use Scrive eSign relatively rarely however, whenever we need to use it, the product works as intended and has never let us down. Others within my company also use tit more extensively

  • the more advanced signing options for security can be a little pricey
  • Not as widely known as other options

Sending over an NDA to a client to sign was very quick, the client had the email in less than a minute and the document was signed within 5, no hassle to deal with, however if you want to ensure that the other person is who they say they are, by verifying identity, it becomes more complicated

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Scrive was used to manage electronic signatures across departments, especially when it related to international cooperation and collaboration. When conducting research for international studies, Scrive was used to collect e-signatures for consent forms, contracts for co-authorship between collaborators, and other forms for ethics committees and institutions. It helped to manage the various moving parts and create secure information transactions.

Pros

  • Electronic signatures.
  • Verification.

Cons

  • Tracking changes.
  • Simpler interface.

Likelihood to Recommend

Scrive is really well suited to managing legal documents and contracts. There are many instances where it would work best, including international forms and signatures, such as point-of-sale forms for buying products. It also works for managing large amounts of forms and red tape, especially in larger groups where everyone needs access.
