Absolutely horrible product for the end user... 1000's of us.
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
As an end user of this product I highly recommend against it. In my experience, I have asked around, and using makes wi-fi so difficult to access that 9/10 people don't even bother. I have had to call IT more than once just to set up this service on my phone. A wi-fi connection shouldn't be so difficult that it requires the IT department, that is money. In my opinion, it is an awful product for the end user, I'm sure there is something better out there.
Pros
- Works okay when it works.
Cons
- Way too complicated to set up.
- Requires an app.
Most Important Features
- Software can spy on you and it says so... I'm actually okay with this, but it doesn't matter because it's so difficult to set up that I don't even use it.
Return on Investment
- Wasted over an hour trying to set this up and it still doesn't work
