Cons

  • While the deliverables of our App were always clean with very few issues, we were tasked with verifying the releases during the development process and we'd often times find issues that could've possibly have been identified earlier with more integrated and comprehensive testing.
  • AI is a key part of our app in data collection, data analysis and AI generated workflow action items. We would like to see more engagement around AI implementation and strategy.

Likelihood to Recommend

Simform is great with project management, communications and execution. They've been exemplary with customer service in all areas. We had an original version of our app that was created and hosted by another partner that abruptly went out of business. We were left with no support and a pending loss of hosted services. Simform jumped in and moved our code base to their hosted environment and even made substantial improvements to our existing code with no downtime for our customers!

I would recommend any team considering outsourcing to first have a solid ticketing procedure as the quality of work depends on the extent to which the issue is well communicated.

  • One project we thought the Simform team member skill set did not match up with the requirements for the project. We alerted Simform of this and they quickly fixed the situation.
