Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SkyPrep as a training platform for roughly 700 external consultants. We need to be able to easily create and upload training courses, monitor their login for troubleshooting, audit their completion status as required by clients and other regulatory bodies. We are also moving our internal team (800 staff) to SkyPrep later this year.

Its great if you need to audit the learners or need a system its easy to navigate.

We needed a platform that handled large video recordings

effectively, had a simpler interface, and was easier to use as an

administrator. We needed something easier for our internal and external users to navigate and was high performing in video playback. We will be using some of the other features as our needs grow and our use on the platform matures.

Perfect for warehousing Learning & Development content and creating unique training opportunities for specific clients.

We haven't run into any situations where SkyPrep LMS has not been appropriate.

The SkyPrep LMS is our main platform for eLearning. This platform helps prepare our restaurant employees for their on-the-job training. The platform is very easy to use and user friendly. The AI functionality is awesome and it helps us create scenarios with customers exactly like our staff members will face. We can monitor the nuts-and-bolts training and monitor how each employee will respond to situations with customers.

We were able to use the AI feature to implement an angry customer scenario. I wanted to see (and our owners to see) how each employee will handle a guest who is impossible to please.

We like to think we can satisfy all guests, but the reality is there are folks who are very hard to please and we're able to see specifically what is typed in by our employees/new hires and how the AI responds.

We use SkyPrep LMS to manage our organizational training, covering various aspects like onboarding and orientation, annual training, capacity building, and re-certification for professional staff. SkyPrep LMS makes it easy for educators to create, revise and upload content, manage users, and follow-up with minimal hassle. The self-enrollment option also allows for new users to get up and running quickly.

SkyPrep LMS is great for small and larger organizations alike. The backend is fairly intuitive to become familiar with so administrators would not require a great deal of training to set-up their learning management system. There is granularity in which you can provide permissions for content creators, educators, IT staff, that is not necessarily all or none. The "learning paths" feature can also allow for creation of different curriculums for various groups/types of staff.

We wanted to use SkyPrep LMS to provide CBT for our new hire training for new employees. We onboard new employees almost weekly which drains a lot of resources. Additionally, we wanted to offer asynchronous learning to support growth and development. We use the platform for internal employee training only at this time, but the cost savings in time has been extremely impactful.

SkyPrep LMS is a great LMS that doesn't necessarily require several months of work, or previous experience to implement. The system configuration settings are relatively simple and user friendly - this is my first LMS implementation and I completed the process on my own within just a few months. There are features we haven't yet tapped into, and plan to expand in the coming years, but basic core functions can be set up in a short timeframe.

We use SkyPrep LMS for training purposes. We add staff and track their progress. I also have done my training on SkyPrep LMS. I find it very essential to keep staff current on all aspects of our business. We can see and get notifications when staff have registered and completed training.

I think SkyPrep LMS is a great platform for onboarding staff. It gives them a chance to see ahead of the training that coming and allows them to pre-prepare for this training. As a manager, I’m able to know exactly what they are learning so every staff member gets the same training.

We require an LMS system that is user friendly, allows us to organize our organizations into multiple groups while allowing those groups the autonomy to run their own reports, and enroll their own users while setting a limit on the number of users they can enroll. We have multiple courses that require multiple different types of assessments, requirements for passing, etc. and SkyPrep LMS hits the mark and makes our organization and process much more efficient.

SkyPrep LMS is great if you need to build courses quickly and make slight customizations for different client needs. We can easily duplicate courses to make small changes or add a company specific introduction which is great. We use it as an LMS for content purchased off of our website and the next phase we hope to integrate our orders where they directly populate into SkyPrep LMS. This does require a more advanced team to do so, and they do not currently offer integration services. They were also easy to work with to customize a package that met our business demands.

We use SkyPrep to train people on all levels of our organization. From team member to district manager, we have learning paths for all. We wanted to have a platform for learning before people start hands on training. SkyPrep has helped us accomplish this.

Likelihood to Recommend

Any business with a lot of employees who need similar training. If you have 200 people who need the same information this is the way to go. Great way to give people a core base of knowledge before starting hands on training. I'm not sure who wouldn't benefit from SkyPrep, but maybe if you have under 25 employees it may make sense to look elsewhere from a cost perspective.

Before we started using SkyPrep, our training material was everywhere. You name it: Google Drive, YouTube, 3-ring binders, random file cabinets, people's desks, you name a place and we had training material there. Now we have it all under one roof, SkyPrep. No more searching high and low for that one piece of information we need to train a new hire or re-train someone who has forgotten. It's all right there with easy to navigate courses and Learning Paths.

When it comes to onboarding remote employees, SkyPrep has been a dream. We use it for that, as well as compliance trainings, customer service training, and as an easy way of training our service technicians. As I said before, just having all of our training materials in one place, that's easy to navigate for both admins and learners has been a real game changer at our company.

We use SkyPrep LMS to administer and create trainings, keep up with compliance, and manage users. I enjoy using SkyPrep LMS because of its customization abilities and user management features. It keeps information very organized and easy to find. I use the SkyPrep software daily and rarely have any problems. I would recommend to other companies and colleagues.

Every year I need to add users to the software, and it's easy to do. The users are enrolled in courses/trainings and I can monitor their progress with that. Also, all users keep up with annual trainings for compliance. The software makes it easy to check where users are in their trainings and even when their last login was.
