- with the help of live discover, we have troubleshoot many time successfully with user intervention and system physical need
- Out-of-hours coverage- many time we receive high critical alerts and even calls from Sophos Managed Detection and Response team if happens after office hours
- it has helped me to maintain my company security poster aligned with ISO 27001 requirement.
Cons
- limited application list in database, if anything new comes up it wont block them.
- some urls are showing in wrong category and needs to be whitelisted from threat level as well.

- its a good to have product with minimum setup requirement
- ROI is really good of this product as comes with cheaper plan
- light weight agent to handle in endpoints
