- Memory - if Spellbook could catch on to my preferences and who I typically represent, that would save me a lot of time drafting requests.
Return on Investment
- Time - I think this is the most valuable asset in any business. My time reviewing documents has been sliced in half thanks to Spellbook.
- Consistency - Tying into my previous response on time, because my company is known to turn documents quickly, broker partners and tenants can count on us being timely on our review.
