Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We submit the invoices to be paid to our partners, but also overall expenses from the company. This helps us to keep track of expenses, and compensations across the different companies. It is also in the scope to keep tracking the active POs and ensure the right stakeholders are approving it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Spendesk's integration with Slack is super functional, as I receive requests to approve expenses daily. This way, we can act on time. This also works with pending approvals from other stakeholders. Also, keeping tracking of the POs thresholds is quite handy. On the other hand, sometimes I struggle when I want to access historical data quickly. It would be amazing to get a dashboard.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Spendesk for reimbursement and expense management purposes. It's an easy, intuitive tool that makes tracking expenses and requesting reimbursements a breeze. I've used a variety of different tools for expense management at various companies previously and none of them work as well as Spendesk.

As an end-user, Spendesk is easily the simplest, most intuitive platform I have ever used for corporate expense management.
