HOW IT WORKS

1. VerifAI is installed as an Microsoft Word Add-In

2. The contract to review is then opened in Microsoft Word

3. The user can select a contract playbook, or pick from one of the tool's available templates

4. The contract is instantly reviewed against the playbook's guidelines

VerifAI will:

1. Automatically highlight whether the contract's clauses meet guidelines or not

2. Provide AI-suggested redlines when guidelines are not met

3. Add comments explaining changes for the counterparty or reviewer
