Issues On Mic And Connections. Works Better On Smartphones
Using StarLeaf for two years now and not having a great experience with the feature. The microphone often has issues at the beginning of video calls and also lots of connection problems. Despite the issues mentioned, the feature allows global teams to create and conduct meetings and video calls with good quality. The feature works better on smartphones than on PC.
- Integrating teams around the world.
- The connection from StarLeaf to IBM Lotus Notes calendar is very useful.
- The microphone has lots of issues, specially in the beginning of calls.
- Quality of the sound sometimes is not the greatest.
- The capability of creating meetings with global teams.
- The connection with Lotus Notes calendar helps the team to manage the calendar and the meetings scheduled.
Microsoft Teams, when I used, was far better than StarLeaf, on video, sound, and feature connections.
