Very simple and intuitive tool for PDF
Rating: 9 out of 10
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We used some other tools typically Adobe for a long time. But UPDF from Superace is much cheaper and fits our needs. You can add annotations, mark up, and edit your PDF file as you need. It has really good UX/UI, so it's easy to use even for non-tech people. Honestly. The best part is we can leave comments as we usually work with different teams and members like legal, accounting, etc. That way, we can optimize our work very easily. It also has an OCR feature so you can scan a document and pull up details as well. Or send it via email straight out from UPDF from Superace. No need to log in into your email account and add an attachment.
Pros
- OCR feature
- Sharing via email
- Leaving comments
Cons
- API/webhook
- Workspaces
- Approval feature
Likelihood to Recommend
We have been using UPDF from Superace for all our PDF files. Because we work across 4 different companies and like 10+ different teams, UPDF fits us well. We can leave comments for other users, and they finalize a PDF document very easily especially if we need to get a signature from lawyers for contract approval. Then we can easily protect the PDF document and send it over via email to CEO or other stakeholders.
