Domain administrators have additional options to add/remove users, search logs, manage mailing lists, and configure domain limits.

The system utilizes RBL and SURBL lookups, content-based rules, and feature analysis to effectively identify and handle spam emails. Users have the flexibility to specify their preferred level of spam filtering, and the server continuously learns from user actions to enhance spam detection accuracy. Virus scanning is performed using available scanning mechanisms on the host computer, combined with other features for enhanced protection.

**Migration**: Surgemail offers an easy and seamless migration process from existing mail systems. The system can intercept POP/IMAP traffic from the old server, creating accounts in Surgemail and retrieving all outstanding mail to ensure continuity. **Calendar**: Surgemail supports CalDAV compatible plugins for calendar functionality.
