Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our health system uses symplr Workforce for our Time and Attendance as well as Staffing and Scheduling. We heavily use it for self-scheduling, trading, and picking up open shifts. We also use it to download our census which updates our staffing need in near real time. For time keeping and productivity, we also use it for projecting overtime, tracking no lunches, and also seeing anyone clocking early to help avoid incidental time. One other item we use is the attendance to automated absences and tardies.
