Every attorney and paralegal uses this software to record billing entries.
  • The software usually boots without freezing.
  • Because editing after submitting an entry is impossible, we are required to be exact and precise.
  • Total hours per month entered are probably visible to someone.
  • No way to edit an entry after saving.
  • Freezes often after booting.
  • There is no way to see total hours monthly.
This would be great software for a small office with a handful of files. For a modern law firm, not so much.
  • Having to be so precise and unable to delete entries is very difficult on morale.
  • A graphical user interface would make it easier,
Slow, hard to use, feels straight out of the 1980’s.
