Tapapp is a workforce management platform designed for field service operations. The system manages staff coordination and data collection through three primary modules: Smart Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Digital Forms.

Operational Modules

• Smart Scheduling: This module manages job planning and task allocation. Administrators use the system to create shifts and monitor schedules in real time to prevent task overlaps or missed assignments.
• Time & Attendance: Tapapp monitors work hours using Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates or mobile check-in events. This functionality replaces manual timesheets and provides visibility into staff activity across multiple sites. The system generates data intended for payroll processing to reduce calculation errors.
• Digital Forms: This component replaces physical paperwork with mobile-accessible templates for inspections, audits, and field reports. Users can capture site data, including photos and electronic signatures, to generate reports for compliance and transparency.
