Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for applicant tracking. The system works great for collaboration across different department as well as to keep track of all applicants. It gives us great data on all applicants. We can automate parts of the communication to save time. We use it to post job ads on different platform and still gather all applications in one system.

Teamtailor is the best output for recruitment.It enhance More candidates and their applications are managed.I am also able to promote my organization as best employer.Applicant Tracking System is very easy to use and it has all the functionality I need in my organization.It also give me the ability to create a designed career page.

  • I was unable to reach the referral page.It was hard to get it and it needs some improvement.
  • Publicity of tool is required.
  • Different background colour would be better when a candidate has contacted.
