Quick solution to give users the power to build custom documents FAST

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were looking for a solution to "build" documents from search results. We came upon Templafy as a system that could help solve our challenges. We wanted to scrape a website, but allow a user to make selections to tailor the output, Templafy was able to index everything and create an easy to use interface for a user to make selections and BOOM a document is built that they can take forward.

  • Web interface and not being dependent on microsoft software

Likelihood to Recommend

Great use case for TEmplafy is when you have a lot of assets in a system, that you want to be able to slice and dice and export a custom report of what is meaningful to you. They are set up so you can make selections to only surface what you need and feel very well served.

It is not ideal, at this time, if you want to look at many separate systems and merge them all. It requires a lot of work to customize and tailor to fit this more curated need.
