On the whole Testlio are very well set up to meet our needs. They are very responsive to our needs and have a good understanding of our business and our requirements. As ever there are some issues around getting good test coverage in certain territories and also some technical integration challenges. However, these challenges were/are to be expected and do not reflect reflect negatively on Testlio.

We use Testlio to outsource all of our testing needs for all feature releases on our streaming product across all the major platforms such as Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, iOS and Android mobile, and Samsung TV. We leverage them on a monthly basis to test features that go live. These features are all front end UX/UI features as well as regular testing on our sign up flow. They are very valuable because on almost all of their test cycles, they catch something critical that needs to be fixed. Without them we probably wouldn't be catching such critical bug fixes.

The Testlio platform is great but what's even more valuable is the team that runs it. Their customer success teams and test leads have all been a real pleasure to work with. They've been very helpful and valuable by customizing their testing process and approach to fit our business needs at our company. Because they have been so flexible with their process, our testing component have been very quick, accurate and successful. I would recommend this product/company to anyone looking to hire a dedicated QA team to their software product.

We used Testlio to take advantage of their workforce of international testers with multiple device/browser options. Our company was all mac/iPhone users so the extra testing was much needed. Our third-party developer for our website was not thoroughly tested to our standards so we brought on Testlio to fill the gap.

Our Web3 website had features (Metamask, crypto, NFTs) that are relatively new to a broader audience and Westin/Sidhi took the challenge of educating their testers on our unique features and functionality so we can have thorough testing.

We work closely with Testlio as they perform Quality Assurance on our app across all platforms we currently support. Testlio is always there to provide support and whenever there is a device they do not have they are quick to find someone who does. I've been with the company for 6 months and already have a really good working relationship with them. They were patient when I was new and getting a hang of the ropes and now we are in constant communication. Also, whenever we do have specialized requests they never flinch and are always willing to help us in a timely manner.
