TextSMS4Dynamics integrates SMS within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, enabling organizations to leverage the personalized marketing and sales capability of SMS within their Dynamics environment, with the goal of improving personalized engagement, higher open rates, and quick response. CRM users can send and receive SMS messages, communicate promptly, send pictures or emojis during messaging, and automate messages based on actions made within CRM. It can be configured to work with any OOB or custom entities.
