Software designed with support by BCBAs, WebABA is a practice management solution with a suite of tools for intelligent scheduling, appointment reminders, a full-featured parent portal, advanced billing capabilities, and integration with Catalyst for data collection.

WebABA features an appointment scheduling interface that can be used to schedule recurring sessions that references the practitioners’ credentials and schedule within the clients’ insurance utilization caps for optimal schedules. Session notes completed in either WebABA or in Catalyst are automatically tied to completed appointments for streamlined processing to billing.
