Town AI Assistant

Town is a personalized AI assistant that assigns each user a “Townie” to carry out recurring knowledge-work tasks. A Townie builds a working profile from connected work context, including people, deadlines, writing patterns, and ongoing projects, then uses that context to complete or prepare work.

Users can assign tasks from a to-do list, through email, or as scheduled routines. Townies can organize and draft email responses, prepare meeting briefings, research contacts and companies, compile daily or competitive-intelligence summaries, manage calendar-related tasks, and create status updates from connected work systems.

The platform is aimed at professionals and teams that want an assistant to handle recurring coordination, communication, research, and follow-up tasks while surfacing items that need human judgment.
