Key Features

Transport Management System: According to the vendor, Truckcom provides a fully featured Transport Management system that allows manual or EDI job entry and seamless management of jobs from start to finish. It can be used as a complete transport management system or alongside existing systems, with allocated jobs sent directly to drivers via the App.

Traffic Planning: Truckcom allows jobs to be allocated in various ways, and drivers receive their allocated jobs directly through the App, facilitating communication between the office and drivers.

Invoicing: Truckcom offers invoicing facilities, allowing the generation of sales invoices on a per-job or batch basis. Transaction files can be imported into accounting systems such as SAGE and XERO for integration purposes.

EDI and System Integration: According to the vendor, Truckcom provides automatic job input facilities, enabling the creation of jobs directly from CSV and PDF files. Custom interfaces can also be developed with existing systems for automation purposes.

Proof of Delivery (POD): Truckcom offers two forms of POD: Electronic Signature and Scanned POD. PODs are instantly available to customers through the web interface.
