Turncloud is a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) and practice-management platform for chiropractors and administrative staff. It combines digital patient intake, appointment scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, insurance claims, and practice reporting. Intake forms transfer patient information into the chart, while the scheduling calendar manages providers, rooms, and appointments with automated reminders. Billing connects to patient notes and scheduling so staff can manage documentation and claims within the same application.

Clinical documentation includes subjective, objective, assessment, and plan (SOAP) notes tailored to chiropractic care. Chiroglyphix provides AI assistance for drafting notes and insights, with clinicians reviewing and approving each draft. The Automation package adds customizable care-plan tracking and automatic claim creation alongside these AI features.

Turncloud runs in a web browser without a local software installation and supports access from computers and mobile devices. Plans include training, unlimited U.S.-based technical support, and unlimited providers within the same office. Automatic updates and data backups are also included.
