We use document understanding for invoice classification and data collection. UiPath contains specific activities to deal with document understanding and that makes user effort easier. My business requirement was to identify invoice pages from a PDF and collect data from that and ''document understanding" makes my job easier. Digitize and classify features are awesome.

It is highly volatile and needs to be configured as per the document being processed but Document Understanding solves all problem in One go.
Document Understanding also supports ML & AI capabilities which makes it very trust worthy candidate to get the high quality results.

It helps you read data from all types of sources such as Native PDF's, Scanned Documents, Images, etc.
We can use ML based modules to read and understand the flow and those results can be further used to train the BOTs to get more accurate results.
