Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Unifyed Student enables students and staff clubs to collaborate and communicate using group chats and threads. It's also useful to share documents, display group member contact information, and run social events. There are built-in filters that regulate conversations to avoid offensive words or content being shared, to maintain a safe working environment.

This tool has everything a student needs to keep up with his group as well as his own tasks. Users have access to their timetable, news feed, to-do list, chat rooms, etc. There are options for one-to-one rooms in case certain members of a group need to work together away from other members.

It is being used across the entire organization from the administrative side and the student side. Students have access to information about their financial aid, class schedules, personal information, and employment information. Unifyed Student - Engage is our ERP of record and it is used to coordinate student success across our different offices and departments.

This software--and the newest update--has made accounting a breeze. The financial system allows me to easily see where any reconciling item may be and allows me reference codes so I may gather further detail. The new capability of using Chrome is a great feature as well because our entire organization is comfortable with the format.
