What is VeraDial?
VeraDial is a business phone built for freelancers, contractors, real estate professionals, recruiters, and other small businesses that cannot answer all of their calls. Each account includes a dedicated US or Canadian business number and Vera, an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls and texts 24/7 using information from the business profile. Vera can screen callers, answer routine questions, take messages, and return transcripts and summaries so owners can follow up with context.
The iPhone and Android apps also provide business SMS, voicemail transcription, call recording, call forwarding, caller ID controls, and contact management. Vera Plus adds outbound AI calling for appointment confirmations, scheduling, rescheduling, and lead follow-up, plus live two-way call translation in 13 languages.
VeraDial uses verified business numbers rather than spoofed caller identity, and the AI identifies itself during calls. Vera Lite starts at $14.99 USD per line per month; Vera Plus is $29.99 USD per line per month. Both plans include a seven-day trial.
