- It is trained on data that is specific to a handful of industries so the accuracy rates of corrected master data records are huge
- It has built-in data enrichment - that solves for missing data issues
- We face a lot of duplication related issues and this solves for that quite easily
Cons
- UI can be improved and made more intuitive
- Native integration with Infor would be a +
- Would love to see a product that also manages inventory and work orders - this is a natural succession to its current capabilities but is missing in the software so far
