we use Verint Financial Compliance as the call recording solution of choice when integrating with trading turrets due to its ability to separate simultaneous conversations and provide direct playback. It has proven reliable and useful enough that it is also used for all other call recording solutions that we require for standard phone systems also.
Pros
- identifies individual conversations on the turret
- allows direct playback from turrets without a proxy
- includes an announcement feature (you call may be recorded...)
Cons
- license usage and reporting is a little confusing
- purging empty/silent recordings was not simple

- meets the recording compliance needs for a turret solution
- playback from the turret means little user training required
