ViaVinco

ViaVinco is a structured, repetition-based practice system for information users need to recall and communicate clearly. Built primarily for sales professionals and other high performers, it supports the practice of sales pitches, product information, presentations, training material, and interview answers. Sales trainers, managers, and career coaches can also create and share talk tracks with their teams or clients.

Users create or paste in a talk track, while ViaVinco provides the tools for practicing it. The system combines listening, reading, handwriting, speaking, recording, and self-review. Users can work through an entire talk track or focus on individual sections.

How it works

Sales training and coaching

Sales trainers and managers can create talk tracks covering pitches, product messaging, presentations, and other sales training material. After a coaching session, they can share a talk track containing the information a team member should continue practicing. The recipient can then listen, read, write, record, and review the material between sessions.

Career coaches can use the same workflow to help clients prepare interview answers and presentations. Clients may practice the complete talk track or concentrate on individual sections before an interview, meeting, or speaking engagement.

Practice and sharing features

ViaVinco includes adjustable playback speed, continuous looping, full and section-level players, transcript views, handwritten-note uploads, voice recording, a recording library, and recording playback. The web application is available on desktop and mobile devices and can be added to a mobile home screen.

Talk tracks can be shared directly between active subscriber accounts. Shared materials include the generated audio, transcript, and sections. Each user’s notes, recordings, repetition data, and practice history remain private.

ViaVinco focuses on self-directed repetition and recording review rather than automated critique or simulated role-play. Users practice their own material or talk tracks supplied by a trainer, manager, or coach.
