Use Cases and Deployment Scope

CashBox is being used to recover failed subscription renewals and addresses the issue of falling revenue. It is being used by our department only.

Pros

  • It helps with revenue renewal recovery
  • It conducts recovery across multiple currencies

Cons

  • The reporting systems could be more developed. Every specific request takes time to receive responses.

Very well suited for consumer related products and for companies that can't develop in-house solutions for renewal recoveries.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Vindicia CashBox is being used by our organization, as a way to charge and bill. There are only some departments that use this, we are trained to understand and assist with this software. Business problems? Well, we assist the merchants with anything they are needing. Such as Couponing, Promotions, and Virtual Currencies.

Pros

  • Automated Invoicing, It present business customers with custom, itemized invoices
  • Virtual currencies
  • Global Taxes are calculated and billed automatically across currencies and locations
  • Fraud Protection

Cons

  • Some of the functions are hard to use at first, not sure how to use them. You do get a hang of it after a while.

Likelihood to Recommend

<p>This presents the customers with a customized invoice, it does manage a lot of attributes. The prices and dates with the entitlements and so forth. This also includes a great feature it will configure the invoice by fields with, clients, products, and a billing plan. I do enjoy that you can send the invoices and notifications automatically with the schedule that I have chosen. It is a great product, it ensures that the outstanding balances are accounted for and billed appropriately I do not really have any negative feedback on this product.
