Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Visme for marketing content creation, primarily presentations and graphics for proposals. It is primarily used by our Operations department including Human Resources and Marketing. It helps us create better presentations, more effective dashboards, and graphics that wow external and internal audiences. Otherwise we would be making less flashy graphics.

Pros

  • Easy to replicate presentations
  • Seamless branding between collateral
  • Easy to add more licenses

Cons

  • It can be hard for new team members to master the tool
  • Sometimes the functionality can be almost too advanced
  • Regular updates means things change pretty quickly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Visme is great for our team of 8 marketing professionals to create and share graphics, presentations and other marketing collateral. I could see that it would also be effective for a larger, enterprise marketing department. It is a bit pricey when your team grows, and at times our newer team members have struggled to learn the tool.

We are using Visme for various kinds of creative and design-related needs of our business. This design tool is pretty affordable regarding pricing plans for creating social media graphics and ads for our business without hiring a graphic designer. We primarily use it for creating social media infographics and business presentations. Our small team of creatives uses it under my management.

Pros

  • Perfect for creating social media infographics and posts in no time
  • Ideal for creating powerful business presentations as well
  • Seamless way of sharing infographics and presentations with customers and the public

Cons

  • I often face errors with formatting and layout customization
  • The pre-built templates are primarily generic and do not meet more intense design needs
  • It has a huge learning curve and might take years to understand and use its functionalities perfectly

Visme is an excellent tool for everyone: designers, non-designers, and those who need to quickly create social media banners and business presentations without any design background. Furthermore, it is an even more wonderful tool for remotely working designers and creatives who collaborate and work on designs together virtually frequently. But customization could be limited and not the way they want for more experienced designers and artists.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As an ed-tech startup, we provide courses on various topics like app development, website development (front end and back end), cloud, graphic designing, UI/UX, and many more. But the pandemic changed everything for us. The transition from offline classes to online classes has seen an increase in usage of video conference software and presentation tools, both for the employees (internal team meetings) and for the students (instructors need to make some presentation for the students). And for this we used Visme, which was useful for presentations, reports, infographics, and various other charts and tasks.

  • Good customer service
  • Very useful tool for businesses to create graphics

Cons

  • A bit expensive compared to other tools
  • Although it has some great features, it still lacks some elements
  • Could have made it a bit easier to customize the templates
  • Align feature could have been better

We used Visme for graphics, presentations, infographics for teaching students, as well as keeping a record (stats) for the team. It is a very helpful tool for graphic designers. It has some cool templates, but if customization of templates could have been possible, it would have been great. It is integrated with Unsplash (which has millions of free stock photos), which is great when you want to use random pictures for your presentations. It is easy to use and very fun to roam around the website. The software is continuously improving and can be used for creative projects. Unfortunately, it is a bit pricy and the alignment options are not so great.

Visme is widely used across my organization and it is found extremely useful and efficient. As we are the leading tourism business, we need to produce more engaging communication and promotional material for the clients as well as for the employees for better collaboration and business results. Visme helps us making it with a very short time and the outcome is fantastic as the designs speak itself and make the presentation more engaging and ensures a better return in results.

  • Brings efficiency and better returns with the dynamic features of retaining customer

Cons

  • Downloaded vs printed quality might not always match here
  • Other than this I have found this application as the best in designing of slides or communication material

Likelihood to Recommend

As a tourism business, it is fundamental for us to produce more engaging and vibrant promotional materials for the clients as they can easily perceive the actual offering of the project/ product. Visme exactly does the same as expected by the organization. It saves time and bring more efficiency in the process or operations. It doesn't require any technical expertise for making the designs. It just requires a command with information and background designs.

Visme is used by our organization to create presentations and infographics to be used for presentations and reports for meetings that we utilize to display key points of interest and generate enthusiasm into a topic of the meetings. we currently are using it for a new project we are rolling out that will span between 3-5 years and it helps explain to our employees the different phases of the project

Visme is well suited for presentations and we use it to add to our presentation slide to get the employees more hyped. it is also a fun way to introduce and display data. we use it to drum up interest in different topics. it is not suited for the templates it is better with the blank canvas and starting from scratch using ones own imagination

I’ve used Visme to create visuals for my work and compared to other infographic tools, it felt easy to use and a little more professional to me. One big advantage is it never gets stuck when you are using it. Visme provides tons of features at an affordable price. It allows me to create eye-catching presentations and professional animated info graphics for dynamic data and one can add audio and video as well. So, if you are a data analyst and handling big data then in that case I recommend you to use this one without giving a second thought for data visualization. In my opinion it’s one of the best visual content tool. 100% recommended!

Cons

  • The themes and designs available on Visme free account is very limited.
  • Every time when doing custom measurements using "canvas size" feature, one have to figure out pixels rather than inches which is confusing.
