Participating shops can appear in the Way marketplace, where drivers search for nearby repair services. The platform also supports online booking through Google, service reminders, review collection, and optional marketing services such as search engine optimization, paid search, social media, and website design.

Operational features include an Estimate Builder that populates parts and labor information and sends quotes to customers by text for approval. The Technician App provides access to repair orders, time tracking, job status, alerts, and MOTOR repair guides. Digital inspections capture photos and videos, while automated follow-ups help shops revisit previously declined work. Integrated invoicing and text-to-pay support customer payments.
