Additional Pricing Information

Unit of billing: Priced per outlet, per month in INR; 18% GST extra. Annual billing gets a 15% discount. No lock-in: Month-to-month contracts. You can upgrade/downgrade anytime; changes are pro-rated. Outlets can be paused seasonally. Marketplace commission: Charged only on bookings generated by the Wellnessta consumer marketplace. Salons using their own website, phone, social, or walk-in bookings are 0% commission. Current standard rates are Starter 25%, Growth 20%, Pro 15%; Enterprise is volume-negotiated. What’s included: Secure cloud hosting, product updates, web console, and iOS/Android Business Partner apps. Starter includes a one-time remote onboarding; Growth/Pro include unlimited training and 24×7 chat/phone support; Enterprise adds a dedicated Success Manager. Messaging costs: Automated SMS/email reminders are included under fair-use; heavy senders can buy low-cost top-ups (SMS/WhatsApp). Payments: Paynessta™ digital checkout is included; gateway/issuer fees (e.g., UPI/cards) are charged by the payment provider plus marked up management fee by Wellnessta. Volume & enterprise deals: Discounted licence tiers and bundled messaging credits are available for 20+ outlets or group contracts. Transparency: No setup fees for standard deployments. Prices and commission tiers are published; any changes are communicated in-app before they take effect.
