What is WhatsArab?

WhatsArab is an Arabic-first WhatsApp Business platform for sales, marketing and customer support teams. Its cloud-based Arabic and English workspace supports right-to-left layouts and combines shared conversations, contact records and messaging automation.

Teams can assign conversations, add tags, snooze follow-ups and retain customer context in the shared inbox and CRM. Marketing tools include segmented broadcasts, approved WhatsApp templates, keyword-triggered replies, drip sequences and a visual chatbot flow builder. Analytics help teams review messaging and campaign activity.

As a Meta Tech Provider, WhatsArab uses the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Embedded Signup. WhatsApp Business app coexistence is available where supported. AI Copilot assists staff with drafting, rewriting, translation and conversation summaries. Separately, AI Agents are available in early access: they answer customers using the business knowledge base and hand conversations to the team when unsure.

Shopify and WooCommerce workflows connect through webhooks. The WhatsArab app for the Salla App Store is coming soon, not a currently available marketplace integration. Developers can use the REST API, signed webhooks and official SDKs: @whatsarab/sdk on npm for TypeScript/Node.js and whatsarab on PyPI for Python.

The platform serves small and mid-market teams across retail, e-commerce, education, healthcare, real estate, hospitality and professional services, particularly those serving Arabic-speaking customers across MENA. Documentation and email support are available. A Free plan and paid subscriptions are offered; Meta messaging fees are billed separately by Meta, without WhatsArab markup.

WhatsArab, LLC is registered in Delaware, United States, with operations based in Cairo, Egypt. WhatsArab is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
